Dispensing medication to the ICU and ARU within the scope of nursing practice

v anglickém jazyce: This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of application of infusion therapy in ICU and ARU. Infusions has become an integral part of daily routine and complex medical care of patients on the critical care unit. The objectives of the thesis included the evaluation of the level of knowledge of nurses in ICU and ARU, finding potential errors and pitfalls in the preparation of infusion and then identifying effective interventions to eliminate them in nursing practice. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of critical care unit and intensive demands that are placed on nursing staff. In other chapters are listed all the aspects related to infusion therapy. In the empirical part is included in the research methodology, data collection process and the final interpretation of the results of subsequent analysis and discussions.
